Overview: Fenugreek has triplets of oval leaflets, yellow-white summer flowers and aromatic seeds. It is native to the Mediterranean and western Asia. Fenugreek seed has been used in herbalism and for culinary purposes for many years. It has been used to support digestion, support lactation in nursing mothers and as a topical application.

Botanical Name: Trigonella foenum graecum

 

Suggested Use: Shake well. Adults, 2 ml (40 drops) taken two to four times daily with water. Kids, 1 drop per 4 lbs taken two to four times daily with water.
