Herb Basket Rewards FAQ

Q: Do I earn rewards points when I place orders online?

A: Yes! We ensure that every website order is connected to the correct in-store rewards account!

Q: I don't see any rewards on the website... where are they?

A: We use two separate systems for online vs in-store purchases. This means that when we receive an online order, we manually add those points to your rewards account. BUT, you will not see anything about your points online.

Q: How do I know how many points I have?

A: You will receive an updated rewards summary flyer in your box (or in your bag for store pick-ups). This will have your most recent rewards points total.

Q: How do I redeem my rewards points?

A: Points do have to be redeemed in-store OR by-phone (804-862-4372).

Shipping

We utilize Priority Mail and/or UPS Ground.

Orders placed before 2:00pm Mondays - Fridays will ship same-day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

The store is closed (and shipments will be delayed accordingly):

Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.

Returns

90-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. No questions asked. Give us a call and we will be happy to help process a refund, replacement or offer an alternative product. For shipped orders, we do ask that you plan to bear the return shipping costs.

Of course, for damaged items, we will reship immediately (although we package orders really, really well and don't plan to ever have a damaged shipment).
