Suggested Use: Shake well. Adults, 4 ml (80 drops) taken with water 30 minutes before bedtime. Kids, 2 drops per 4 lbs taken with water 30 minutes before bedtime.
Herbal Ingredients: Catnip, Chamomile, Hops, Skullcap, and Valerian.
Other Ingredients: kosher glycerin, purified water and a blend of essential oils (lavender, clary sage, bergamot, and geranium rose)
